i really thought this place would be amazing, but the carpets are repulsive and the elevator was filthy! after all that, i expected a complimentary upgrade or something, but no, just a regular stay for me! how disappointing. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but i just couldn’t, ugh!

The bed was very comfortable , and I enjoyed a clean room with a fresh scent. The location is perfect with lots of dining options nearby.

I noticed that some ice machines were broken , which was inconvenient.

We had a spacious room perfect for our family, and the 55-inch flat-screen TV kept everyone entertained. The kids loved exploring local water adventures like kayaking nearby. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable despite a minor hiccup with the reservation.

My kids wished for better grab-and-go breakfast options.

i had a fantastic stay at courtyard! my room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time, especially james, who quickly sorted out my reservation mishap. plus, the location is just a short drive from the national quilt museum, which made our visit even better!

I had a wonderful stay in the King Room with Sofa Bed! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with premium bedding that made for a restful night. I appreciated the clean atmosphere of the room, which smelled fresh. Plus, the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch in the bathroom.

The noise from other guests in the hallway was a bit disruptive.
